'74 grad named Chairman by Governor
We have recently learned that Jim Otte '74 has been named as Chairman of the Ohio Broadcast Educational Media Commission by Governor Mike DeWine.
Jim says, "It is a great opportunity to give back to the broadcasting community that gave me my career. Thank you LaSalle for getting me started in broadcasting. I was on the A-V Crew under Bill Cady who not only coached basketball and taught classes but also spent a lot of time with us in the LaSalle TV studio as we learned the basics of TV production." Most of Jim's career was spent at WHIO TV in Dayton, Ohio.
