Bob Krueger spent 35 years at La Salle High School as a teacher, head football coach, athletic director
and most notably dean of students (disciplinarian). The golf outing is to fund an endowment to
provide scholarships to needy students and their families that have invested in Catholic education for
their son(s). Because of the past commitments and generosity to this mission, we are very pleased that
over the past 15 years, the golf outing has raised over $350,000 and has been able to support 30

Here are the plans put together by the Class of '98 representatives:

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - "Happy hour" in the new Alumni Heritage Room at La Salle (SW corner of school building).   Beer, wine, mixed drinks, pop, water and snacks will be served (provided by La Salle Advancement Team).

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM  - Local Cincinnati favorites LaRosa's pizza and salads, along with Skyline Chill will be served.

Ben Kelhoffer, a 1998 graduate of La Salle High School, passed away of leukemia on October 17, 1998.   Ben fought a courageous fight and although physically he is no longer with us, his zest for life, unique sense of humor and great smile remain with us forever.

As a tribute to Ben's life, the Ben Kelhoffer Memorial Foundation was established in 2002.  In previous years, the Foundation organized golf outings which benefitted Ben's Scholarship Fund at La Salle High School, Make a Wish Foundation...
